If BIGGIE never died, do you REALLY think he woulda had longevity like Jay?

thats some dumb ? to ask, how old is you?

BIG was eastcoast savior, when the westcoast were running everything, BIG was the only Solo Rap artist they had....he was special, he had something which stood out from all those other eastcoast rappers

Jay wouldnt be where he's at now if BIG was still alive. It took for BIG and Pac to die for Jay to get his name out

Reasonble Doubt was a flop, ? went only Gold (even with Big cosigning him on his single) in a time when rappers were going 8 times plat..

Jay would be Fat Joe and Fat Joe would be Jay if Pun and Big were alive...just some sideline rappers

to be the man the boss gotta die first

Every song that featured Big and Jay, Jay's verse was equal or better. brooklyn's finest, young G's, Love tha Dough etc.... Biggie and Jay was rivals. Jay was gonna shine either way

LOL, after the dumb ish Jezzy said about NaS, he said some more dumb ish about Biggie. 1st and formost. "RTD" outsold Jezzy whole career. "LAD" outsold Jezzy whole career 3x over. A Matter of fact the singles from both RTD & LAD outsold Jezzy career, Yes the SINGLES sold more than his entire catalog, LOL. Jezzy has never had singles on the level of Biggie. His biggest and most popular single "Soul Survivor" can not see Legendary records like "Juicy, Big Poppa, One More Chance, Mo money Mo Prolbems and Hypnotize". When will people learn, Quality over Quanity. Jezzy can release another 2 albums and have 6 total and it's doubtful they will be on the level of what Biggie released. LOL @ dudes talking about "LAD, Biggie didn't grow as an artist or lyricist". You dudes up here are showing your youth. "LAD" changed the game just like "RTD" did. How does an artist change the game on back to back albums and not show growth? Jezzy needs to just shut his mouth cause he's looking dumb. LOL @ dude saying "Biggie never had the streets lke Jezzy had". For the record NEW YORK STREETS > ATLANTA STREETS. ATL doesn't have the population that NY has, therefor Biggie commanding that type of audience surpasses anything Jezzy has done. I actually like Jezzy but his mouth is why he's losing props to me. LOL @ Jezzy having ZERO classics seeing Biggie who has two timeless hip hop masterpieces. I'm glad NaS ethered this fool with one line. Jezzy can only dream on Being on Big or Pac's level for that matter.

the fact he only went gold with what is regarded as his best work says alot....BIG had more appeal, he was the face of eastcoast rap....Yeah Jay had skill, but he wasnt appealing to nobody outside of the eastcoast, ? even the eastcoast werent ? with him.

Jay would never be Jay...if BIG were alive, you cant be the king of new york when the king of new york is still alive.

BIG died wit under $100,000 in his bank account. Look it up.

The ? aint have no business sense. Jay had business sense from DAY ONE w/ RocAFella.

You ever see BIGs clothin line, Brooklyn Mint? ? was garbo.

If BIG wasnt smart enough to make LAD a single disc album, he obviously aint have sense about his career.

He woulda never had longevity. End of discussion.

Reasonable Doubt went platinum. Big had Puff and the machine behind him, not to mention beefing with 2pac. With out those factors Biggie wouldnt have been the face of the East coast

Big had no Business Sense yet his side label outside of Bad Boy produced successful albums from Junior Mafia and Lil Kim. Big was already excutive producing Platinum and Gold Ablums before his death and he only had his debut out? A Lot of dudes up here just be saying stuff without any facts. LOL @ Dissing "Brooklyn Mint" He died before he could support his clothing line. The fact Big as an artist had a clothing line before Jay, Before Puff says more than anything else. Big was smart by making LAD a Double album cause that record was his last and it cemented him as a Legend for all times and pretty much put him GOAT status amongst fans and critics alike. Dudes up here can hate on "LAD" all they want but your opinion can't change history. The album is a milestone in HIP HOP and Music History, it ranks with the most critical and success albums of all time.

    The ? , how old is u ?

You getting Pac and Big mixed up...it was Pac who died with only 50 g's in his bank account, he was getting ? over by Suge like every other artist on Deathrow...Pac was owed 11 mill by deathrow, and his moms got it in the end...

BIG died a millionaire and yes he would have had his own clothing line...BIG is the eastcoast Rocky Balboa, he'd be on some OG ? right now.....

How many BIG lines has Jay spit on his classics....Jay would be nothing Big were alive, thats just a fact.

I know, dudes just be making up ish online and thinking it fact. It's clear Big died LOADED. LAD sold a gazillion records. Big had excutive producer credit on "No Way Out" which sold a gazillion record. All the profits from "Ill Be Missing You" Single went to Biggie's estate which that single sold close to 10 Million worldwide. Pac died broke, Biggie died rich as hell which is why his kids are loaded right now. As for Jay, let's just say he was sidekick status while Big was alive. Jay Z didn't blow until Biggie was no longer breathing.

Jezzy seems to think the quanity of your albums out weight the quality of your albums:

    RTD > Jezzy's Career

    LAD Disc 1 > Jezzy's Career
    LAD Disc 2 > Jezzy's Career

    Any Questions?

"RTD" dropped before Big's beef with Pac, he would of been the face of the East no matter what cause "RTD" was a timeless Classic that changed Hip Hop.

Listen, Puffy had to cover up how little BIG had in his account, so he gave his moms money immediately. BIG spent most his money.

LAD coulda been a classic but it had too many filler songs. "Playa Hater" and ? like dat.

Dog, I don't know what reality you live it but LAD is already a certified timeless Hip Hop Classic. It's cemented that Big left us with two back to back Classics. You can diss the 3 filler songs out of 24 total tracks but those tracks aren't enough to downplay "LAD" classic status. If LAD isn't Classic what does that say about the albums today cause LAD ? on 90% of albums released after it.

that dude talkin out his ass

    lol@machine

Pac did 5 plat with Me Against The World , and there was nothing about no beef with BIG until All Eyes On Me

there was no machine, it was good music that made u famous on those days...

Pac and BIG made good music, both men and women ? with it...they were cut from the same cloth, they came from the same era...regardless of beef

Jay ran with BIG style, same way someone like Ja Rule ran with Pac style..

Dudes like Cam, Jada, Styles worshipped BIG because of his pen game and flow

same way dudes like Jeezy, Rick Ross, 50, Ja took from Pac

Jezzy production is dope but bettert than Biggie? No. Biggie worked with the greatest producers in Hip Hop History. His production was timeless. Jezzy beats are good, some of them even Classic but Big made forever music something Jezzy is still trying to do with 3 albums released he still lacks the forever music Big left behind.
