if you are in a position to be awarded money for damages, you are going to get AS MUCH as you can possibly get. It doesn't matter if its divorce, wrongful termination, workplace injury or if the amount is $100 or $1,000...you get what you can. -
That's insanity. Why do women feel they're entitled to half of massive wealth they did not earn? Since he was apparently a billionaire, I can see giving her 100 million, a fraction of the sum but still enough live care free and then some.
More reason why rich men should not get married, until the court system gets worked out for cases like these. -

but the precedent has already been set with these high-profile divorces. Why would anyone in their right mind not get fair market value for their divorce? If the lawyer says " I can get you $750 million" what kind of nimrod would say, "nah, just give me the $100" who leaves $650 million on the table???? -

cheating in a marriage HAS ALWAYS BEEN GROUNDS for the most lopsided divorce cases in the history of divorce.. if there was proof of adultery.. u getting take to the cleaners..
