If anything, this list is on point on who should even be considered.
I just can't think "Of All Time" when the majority of the list is still living.. right now, all of their careers are intertwined with each other.
I could say Nas is the GOAT, but i know Jay-Z and Kanye both released better albums then him in the last 10 years.
I could say Kanye, but Eminem from the early 00's would tear him apart rapping.
I could say Eminem, but he has the same amount of classic solo LPS as 3000
I could say 3000, but he hasn't even released a solo LP
I could say Jay-Z, but Nas has been lyrically better then him since 96.
Pac and Biggie cancel themselves out because Ice Cube's career don't get "benefit of the doubt" points.
Cube basically lived both Pacs future life, and BIggies prime life at the same damn time.
But Rakim is alive also, and has been mentioned as the GOAT longer then the whole list.

This ? again? But for what it's worth I know a few west coast cats who think Cube > Pac. Had 3 Cali dudes at my last job that I hung w/ & all 3 said they know a lot of ppl back hone who would c/s that statement. They said Cube got more classics & a better overall catalogue. I was surprised myself.
