You're Christian, you're apart of a religious group, therefore you belong to a religion.

Religious people do give more frequently, but that has more to do with opportunity and dogma than anything else. 1 of the things I hate about a lot of religious people is how easy they tell people that don't believe the same as them that they are going to hell.
