    Kawhi Leonard:

    Regular Season (65 games) - 13ppg 6rpg 2spg
    Playoffs (23 games) - 14ppg 7rpg 2spg

    Paul George:

    Regular Season (80 games- more durable): 22rpg 7rpg 2spg
    Playoffs (19 games) - 23ppg 8rpg 2spg

Y'all are comparing a ? role player to an all-star. Stop living in the moment, and look at the big picture. Paul George is a much better player than Leonard. Anything Leonard can do, George can do better... anything.

George does his dirt with an entire team trying to stop him, Leonard gets treated like just another piece of the puzzle. Durant was right when he said Kawhi did that well because of the system (in that specific match up), and anyone with basketball knowledge can see that.

One thing for sure kawhi is a way better defender than paul george on lebron........

    On guarding lebron
    kawhii
    jimmy butler
    paul george
    luol deng

Bron put a an efficient 30+ plus on Kawhi head multiple times in a 5 game series but he's better at defending Bron than George lmaoooo

There was a game this series that bron only scored off of picks it might have been game 3 when kawhi was singled on him he had alot of success guarding him because he didnt allow bron to operate in that space many allow him to.

#s don't tell the whole story.
PG had to emerge as a star while Kawhi didn't have to because of going to the Spurs.

While he being groomed by one of the greatest coaches ever PG out here getting catfished and being in awe of Lebron 2 years in a row

PG can be great but he's far too inconsistent right now.
Kawhi showed what he could on the biggest stage.

    Defense? check
    Timely bucket? check
    Rebound? check
    Poise? check
    Efficiency? check
    Consistency? check
Not giving a damn about Lebron? check
    Finals MVP? Priceless!

He has time. That's what's great about being on the Spurs.

He could be Lebron like next year and the majority of the world wouldn't even notice.

He can develop naturally instead of being forced into a role

Pop says he has what it takes to go to the next level. I believe him

Give leonard a chance to grow...he don't get plays run for him but he is finals mvp.......
Once duncan retires and ginobli......we will see what leonard is about....

He is a better defender already...better shooter as well

Leonard didn't even had plays run for him. Plus let's keep it 100 PG was ass checks the whole series except for that 4th quarter in game 5. 2nd half of the season for that matter. Plus what do PG hands down do better then Leonard. Leonard was the 3rd leading scorer on a team that runs no plays for him. He got everything in the flow of the offense. Now Pop is going turn him loose next year. He being groomed for the next level. He already able to play without the ball. Great rebounder and defender. Tighten his handle and continue to get his jumper right.

You cant make the argument honestly. If Paul George was shooting above 45%, and bein a killer in playoff, i'd agree with it. But the fact he shoots 42% this year when everything is paved his way casts doubt. He shot 42% last year, too.

Kwahi w/out a system would remind me of the Ron Artest that avged 25 ppg, only he's more a natural scorer and a lil more fluid.

But imo we'll never get a true read how good he is b/c 1) the system will never allow it, even after the big 3 retires, and 2) his demeanor doesnt seem like a ngga who feels comfortable puttin up 20 shots/game.

Its a lot like Scottie Pippen, where it's hard to say if he's better indiviudally than a peer who was 'the man'.

But the 1 reason and only reason im still inclined to say PG is his height. He's 6'9 doin all that.

Pg regressed the second half of this season he is on the verge of being a superstar.. but I dont think he knows it evident by some of his decisions on and off court

Exactly, and If Kwahi's demeanor is enough to hold him back, so is PG's...PG has a lot of bytch in him. Like, a lot Lol its entirely possible that keeps him from bein a superstar.

In this generation more than ever, these dudes personalities can hamstring them.

Same way Dwight being a goofy deviant is keepin him from avg anything more than 20ppg.

II'll pick PG over KL right now in their careers. Y'all acting like KL is being compared to Bron or Durant. but lets keep it real, PG was turning heads last year as he took Granger's team from him. The 1st half of the year, he picked up what he left off last year then in the 2nd half, he regressed like a mf. They both have time to improve. But let's not sit up here & act like PG is a superstar, he still a all-star

Who wouldve thought the 13th pick in the 1996 draft class would be the second greatest two guard of all time

Bruh KL isn't even an all-star level player. He shouldn't be compared to anyone who's made a name for themselves. He's a role player who specializes in things that PG is even better in.

And no PG didn't regress at all, his team's management made a dumb trade which messed up the chemistry of the team. PG still made noticeable improvements from the previous year and will continue to make improvements.

Every generation has ? that holds back highly talented players.

In the 80's, it was ? - Roy Tarpley, ? Bias, Michael Ray Richardson
In the 90's and 2000's, it was thugs- JR Rider, Artest, Stephen Jackson
Now, it's fatherless, mohawk-wearing, dougie-ing new nggas- possibly Paul George, Dwight, Brandon Jennings & Nick Young (these nggas on video poppin pills)

The most etherous statement ever made.

Describes a lot of posters on here too..
