messico paying for a wall lmaooooo
Y'all know under bush a wall was started right. -
NothingButTheTruth wrote: »Isn't it ironic that when Obama got elected, a certain group of people were using scare tactics to let the public know they made this huge mistake... and now that Trump is elected, a different group of people are doing the same thing?
I hope it's clear now, that these kind of people are 2 sides of the same coin and should never be taken serious.
They said Obama wouldn't be a good president because he's black...we're saying Trump won't be a good president because he's Trump... -
Trump has said he's going to take illegal Mexican remittances to pay for the wall, he could even simply stop remittances from going to Mexico. Mexico gets billions of dollars from remittances it may be more practical for the Mexican authorities to Simply pay for the wall.

How? -
Restrict the wiring of money from non-us citizens into mexican banks or charge a special tax or fee for sending money to Mexico and then redirect that money into a special fund that pays for the wall. -

That sounds easy to get around by just going through informal channels or apps -

False equivalence
The reaction to toward Obama was based solely on his skin color. Everthing else was them coming up with unfounded bs to justify their reaction
The reaction to Trump is based on the hateful racist things he has said and promised he will do to the Black,Hispanic and Muslims communities
You can't be this dense. That's how YOU saw it. I guarantee if we questioned someone on the other side of the coin, they would have articulated their reasoning for fearing an Obama presidency through what they see as valid logic, the same way you have with Trump.
In contrast, they probably think your reaction towards Trump is based on the fact that he's a white male and not a so-called minority.
In sum, people who use scare tactics, should never be taken serious. People who use that approach are toxic to EVERYONE. -
lol @ yall thinking someone is going to actually build that wall lets be honest
Im really looking forward to see if congress and the house will support or try to block Trumps ? laws he tries to put into action like they did with Obama and how they tried to block/veto anything he tried to enforce. That will tell Amerikkka all it needs to know that it wasnt about politics it was about Obama and his skin color -

If trump is really vulnerable in 4 years then people are going to want an "established" candidate...
Man, f**k Elizebeth Warren.
Remember she's the same ? who wouldnt endorse Hilliary or Sanders until Hilliary pretty much had the delegates rapped up because of the fear of supporting the loser.
She sounds more like a political sell out to me. She endorsed something that she claimed to spent her whole life fighting.
Warren is certainly a better presidential candidate than Hilliary, but she aint as good as people think she is.

Donald Trump has filed for bankruptcy on his businesses 3 times.
Just so you know and The United States is now his business. ? help America.
I thought it was 4 times he filed for bankruptcy. -

Those "informal" channels may already be illegal
The constitutionality of any anti Mexican legislation will also be challenged too -

There's a difference you're missing and that's that we've already seen the very people Trump was racist and sexist towards already being ? with in public. So just because you can find someone who would say the same about Obama doesn't mean it holds any actual validity and to entertain it or pretend it does is stupid. Meanwhile there's already been multiple stories reported of black folks being harassed Muslim's being harassed and women being grabbed in public with white dudes saying its now "their right" to do so. -
the final outcome is so weird right now. You had a pretty good idea of where Obama was going when he won. You have no clue whatsoever of what Trump wants to do. No one does. I doubt he even does.
worst case scenario, trump is the most right wing president ever, dictated by someone like Pence. Roe v Wade gone, BLM arrested, millions deported, muslims banned. Trump starts a war with some country, we get 9-11 Two, Trump becomes a hero for attacking back, wins reelection like Bush.
Best case scenario, trump runs the country like center moderate NY republican, big focus on business, doesnt do much to help minorities but also doesnt really hurt them. He seeks Obama's help on some matters, because he probably grows to like him more than he does the Bushes or Clintons, and Obama has to counsil him because hes a better man than any of us. His supporters get ? off he doesnt deliver on his promises, he runs for reelection and loses, shades of Bush Sr. Goes down in history as a guy known more for his ascent to the presidency than his actual presidency.
A lot of this will depend on what the Dems do in 2018. If they can at least take back the Senate, its a HUGE win at this point. But can they even do that? Are there even enough seats that will be available. Also focus on governorships. Right now, NJ and a few other states should be easy pick ups for Dems statewide.
What I'm almost positive will happen, is that the WH will be FULL of scandals. shady deals, favors, affairs (just wait till the ? interns for Trump arrive) Whether they sink him or not, dont know yet. But I'm willing to be there was a lot of temptation for W and for Obama, and I doubt they took the bait. Trump will, and it will be exposed much harder than anything Bill did. Live by social media, die by social media. and Melania will not just sit there and defend him. She has no aspirations in politics like Hillary did. Just sit back and let the old and new ? get exposed. Trump's taxes WILL leak at some point during his presidency. He;d honestly be smart to just put them out now.
G
First thing Dems need to do now is STOP THE INFIGHTING AT THE DNC. When GOP fights among each other, no one notices because most of america realizes that theyre idiots. When Dems fight, people pay more attention because they are generally seen as smarter. We just had 2 terms of one of the smartest leaders ever. You are his party. Act like ? adults. Breathe a sigh of relief that they no longer owe jack ? to the Clintons, and move forward. let the angry kids in the street protest, hope the votes get reversed, be angry, while the media focuses on that, plan better, like the GOP did while the tea party was lynching obama dolls. Get neeghas under 50 yrs old and promote them like superstars. if you cant create some heroes, convince Bernie to run again in 2020. NOW he has the popularity to win a primary, even a deep one like 2020 will be. Even though it will be very, very difficult to unseat a sitting president, even an unpopular one, not much else left to lose really. -

and if they are illegal the increase of their use caused by the surge of illegal mexicans using them will only shine more light on them thus making them easier to prosecute. there is nothing illegal about regulating the economic relations america has with other nations because the legislation won't be anti-mexican -

They can interject what they believe to be true, but no one really knows. Honestly, im more worried about that tax plan of his. That sh*t will f**k this country up -

Idk about that . What I do know is messican American entrepreneurs will give away around any regulations (keep in mind Messicans are 10% of the us population)
And any trump stuff will be challenged in court -

Trump will be appointing a supreme court justice probably 2 because the court is ancient so he'll probably win in court and even if a few mexican american find a way around this it really won't matter because the things i suggested that trump will do will be targeted towards illegals not necessarily Mexican Americans -

1) Have you actually paid attention to the racism fueled vitriol directed towards President Obama?
Are you about to pretend millions of white People didn't refuse to give him a fair shake purely because of his skin color.
Please find me the equivalent with Trump's critics.
2) What would you call your pages of recent rhetoric regarding Hilary Clinton?
I guess those weren't "scare tactics?"
3) At what point do we look at these "scare tactics" regarding Trump, as sober assessments of the "FACTS" and "ACTIONS" presented for a given presidential candidate?
Protestors are rejecting Trump's STATEMENTS and ACTIONS ...
Racist Cacs were protesting Obama's SKIN COLOR
There is a big difference, regardless of whether or not you would like to admit it. -
The american justice system is going to be very right leaning for the foreseeable future because justice Scalia just died and Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is 83, and Justice Stephen G. Breyer is 78.
Those two could die any minute now and trump could then appoint right wing justices.... luckily i don't think trump is as right wing conservative as many people think he is. -

No ? that's what many white have all but admitted in one form or another
What the hell does any of this have to do with disagreement over policy and legislation???
