? her.
You sure, cause it also says they had a brief confrontation and he got shot in the chest not the back.
'You sure?'. Lol. No I ain't sure, ? . I'm going on what the article says. Like I said, IF HE WAS SHOT WHILE FLEEING like the article says...lock her up. -
I can't believe all yall agreeing he should have been shot, this young brother had a bright future, yea he was breaking in homes today but who knows, next year he could of moved up to liquor stores and then banks. Foh. ? this ? my rental property got broken into twice and I have to pay for that ? if I would of caught him I would of shot his ass too

And how come no matter the situation the family always says he was a good kid? You know good and damn well he was a ? . I bet his own family wouldn't leave him alone in their house.

While he allegedly fled

you work your whole life for your slice of the american pie, and a mother ? want to come along and take it from you?
bruh that's not just mine. that my entire bloodline after me home and land.
gotdamn right i will ? to defend it.
aint just a patch of land or a house.
but stupid assed people dont think about ? like that when they go and try to rob the Korean market on the corner, try to beat and rob the junkyard man, or break into somebody house.
You're right - different mentality. There is no piece of property that I value more than a human life. -
I am disliking the wording used in the article. "Home invasion" implies she was at home, what the kid was doing was a breaking and entering (which is different from burglary because the story says he didn't take anything).
I can't really be upset about her actions, she couldn't have known whether he was dangerous or not. Dude should have known better. -

And you know that 'home invasion' ? was done purposely. Smh.
Wasn't no damn home invasion. -

Not sure how that means he wasn't fleeing. But sure. -
So if it isn't home invasion... What is it?

So when fleeing folks run towards the person they are fleeing from. Good to know so I can keep that in mind now. -

Burglary. Home invasion is defined as you forcefully breaking into a house that's occupied. When he broke in, the house was empty. Thus...no home invasion. -

Who said he was running towards her? It says he was going out the back door when she say him. Sounds like he was leaving, she saw him and pulled out. He turned and they exchanged words and then she shot him.
I wasn't there so I dunno. All I have to go on is the article. -
? please....where she should go is to work the very next day.....
-
Might have been the same out come if police would have got there first .....just more bullets
It's gonna be her word against the dead ......police haven't given up her statement ......
Knowing myself, I would have dumped with no remorse ......Meh -

I value my house where my women and son suppose to feel the most secure than a person breaking in it. -

They have a brief confrontation and he gets shot in the chest but he's supposed to be fleeing. How did he get shot in the chest if not fleeing past her? -
This is community policing at it's finest but she should have shot him in the leg then chopped both of his hands off so he could be a walking billboard on why you shouldn't steal in the black community

I feel like I just explained that pretty clearly. Lol. I dunno how to make it clearer, without being able to draw you a diagram. -
It's almost disgusting how little people value property and how much people value life. Regardless he was on here property when this occurred and the fact is he was shot in the chest. If he was fleeing he did a very poor job at that. Uncountable he was killed but there are consequences for your action and sometimes they are permanent. His family has no one to blame but themselves
