Why do y'all do this? How are u ? built? First ballistics we tell if it's more than one shooter and there is video. We don't even know the degree of the attempted murder charge. If it's 2nd that's a 5 year bid. Why would Troy talk? Why would victims talk other than anger? Anyone who has a lawyer like maino girl aint talking cuz a good lawyer won't see the benefit in it. Nah......I think the ? tellin
Watch the green room video again. You can actually see what appears to be Banga, bleeding, handing Troy the gun. That alone would verify a 2nd shooter/tussel. for a gun
That before you even get to the names shouted on the video. .. -

After Troy Ave pled not guilty Monday (May 30) to charges of attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon, investigators found that a gun recovered from a hidden compartment in a van got shot matched the bullet that killed his bodyguard Ronald "Banga" McPhatter, DNAinfo reports. The vehicle is what transported Ave to a local hospital after he was shot in the leg.
The shooting broke out at New York's Irving Plaza Wednesday (May 25). Three were wounded, including the BSB rapper, whose real name is Roland Collins. Banga was the only fatality.[\b]

Bro I think you're ignoring the fact that banga got shot while wrestling the gun away from dude then he picked up the same gun that shot him and handed it to Troy and told him to shoot..
So of course that same gun Troy was shooting would match the bullet that killed his mans..
I think a lot of Troy Ave haters will be appalled by the outcome of this case..
Yea he had guns in the car but he didn't enter the venue with any weapons.. This case will be interesting.. I wouldn't be surprised if most of the charges are dropped.. -

and this video seems to have solved the mystery...if this is true.. then taxstone and his man were getting jumped, busted shots to get troy and whoever else up offa them, lost the gun in the mayhem... ran out... and we know what troy did after that...
as for the guy saying "why you didn't help tax" to murda on the stage, that was because they was getting jumped and wanted to know why didnt murda jump in to help... and my guess is cops probably thinks that guy cassanova is the shooter
edited to add:
this all speculation of course, but seems to make sense
I take it that you're a Tax fan because you damn sure put your OWN twist to this story lol -
Can't see dude coming out of this unscathed. At this point it's just a matter of which charge(s) stick.

He's the one that is on tape shooting the murder weapon. He's the one that was caught with the murder weapon in his possession (in vehicle) at the hospital.
Until this mystery shooter (that he told the police about) is caught, guess who will catch the murder charge?....Yep, Troy Ave. -

I've never done a criminal law court case, i do tax law...so this is totally out of my field. i couldn't in good conscience take a case that could send someone to jail for criminal murder...but having said that, mike tyson had tax lawyers for his ? case, so some lawyers have no problem taking a case if the money is there...
but just hypothetically speaking, and going with the information i have from this thread and the news, i don't think there is any way for him to get off "easy."
i would paint taxstone as a murderer/bully. i would say he threatened to put troy avg in a wheelchair...and has said how he would do all these harmful things to troy on twitter and podcasts and so on..i would focus less on the actions of that night, and more on taxstone's online/social media threats...i would play clips from his podcasts and twitter during the trial to show troys frame of mind...
then i would say that night when in the green room troy avg approached taxstone and said "please stop bullying me...i just want peace"..taxstone said no, and then i'd frame it to where troy got so mad he swung, just cause he was frustrated...true to form for a murdering online bully, taxstone's friend pulled out a gun and started shooting...troy average was so fearful and scared he wrestled gun away and chased after taxstone because he felt this was the only way he could stop the bully from eventually murdering him
that is basically the way i would present the case...
but there is nothing "easy" about it..at least based on the information we know as of 6/1/2016 9:15am

It dont work like that. They either believe his story or they don't. Reports saying they are looking for a 2nd ahooter shows they do. So the ballistics doesn't change that.
Everything you're saying would, apply if,thwy, were cohorts in crime. They weren't.
Gentlemen, there are 2 crimes and 2 crime scenes: crime scene A is the murder, the girl shot in the leg, troy shot in,the leg, and i believe the guy on,the floor under them was shot. He downward trajectory ia bc of the tussle. Troy may not be liable for NONE of that.
THEN, crime #2 is Troy letting off in,the crowd. Thats the attempted murder. They can railroad Troy off that alone, dont even need to tie the other crime /shootings to him. Understand? -

You (your lawyer) can tell police that words were exchanged and somebody shot at us and sorry officer i dont know that man (he might not have) without snitching
Snitching is giving a name.
You can easily tell on another ? without disclosing his name. Simply describing the guy will allow the police to look at video and zero in on a person.
It's beyond obvious that the police threatened Troy with this body, so he immediately started talking. -
can someone please point out which one of them ? is Troy in the green room video?

? , there's video :joy: His burden of proof isnt identifying the shooter, its confirming and verifying there was a shooter. In his case he lucky there's video of that tussle. His mans laying there bleeding NEXT TO HIM, and that same man handing him the gun. That means hey officer, he's on my side. That angle is over immediately. At MOST u got manslaughter, murder is an intentional act. Understand? Lol
Yall talkin as if its the big bad US govt coming to lynch a poor black man with no hope. Not quite lol He got money. So ? all that he's in a bad spot but they not just gon pin a murder on him. The minute you stop envisioning him as a lil regular ? with a public defender you'll start to open your eyes. -
