Who was the first foreign power the Nazis signed a treaty with? The Vatican.

What was stamped on the belt buckle of every SS soldier? "GOT MITT UNS" (? is with us)

Which religion did ? constantly refer to as the backbone of Germany? Christianity.

I guess you haven't heard of ? 's Secret Coversations?

All smokescreens, b...This is what ? really thought:

"National Socialism and religion cannot exist together.... The heaviest blow that ever struck humanity was the coming of Christianity. Bolshevism is Christianity's illegitimate child. Both are inventions of the Jew. The deliberate lie in the matter of religion was introduced into the world by Christianity.... Let it not be said that Christianity brought man the life of the soul, for that evolution was in the natural order of things."

"Christianity is a rebellion against natural law, a protest against nature. Taken to its logical extreme, Christianity would mean the systematic cultivation of the human failure."

"The best thing is to let Christianity die a natural death.... When understanding of the universe has become widespread... Christian doctrine will be convicted of absurdity.... Christianity has reached the peak of absurdity.... And that's why someday its structure will collapse.... ...the only way to get rid of Christianity is to allow it to die little by little.... Christianity the liar.... We'll see to it that the Churches cannot spread abroad teachings in conflict with the interests of the State."

    ..................................................doesn't sound "Christian" to me.

Plus, the SS were particularly anti-Christian. Officers and men were encouraged to leave the Church, although those that refused to renounce their Christian faith were not visibly punished, perhaps because their otherwise faithful adherence to SS codes of behaviour gave the lie to any claim of true Christian affiliation.

You can buy a cheap telescope for probably $40 and look up into the night sky and see that space really is there.

Beliefs based in evidence and logic are superior to beliefs based in superstition, tradition, fear, etc.
My point exactly. Space is actually what confirmed ? 's existence to me. When I look up and see "Nothing", it makes me think. You reply to me, yet have not told me how "Nothing" with some big ? of gas and rocks thrown in is possible. Scientists believe that everything has an explanation, but cannot explain infinity. You still have yet to tell me how that is possible. Forget all that. What was the first thing to ever happen? Period. Not on earth, just ever?

I guess you haven't heard of ? 's Secret Coversations?
I guess you haven't heard this about that book:

"Beware, this is a discredited source, and at the very best, its disputed, and no serious historian relies on this information. After WW2, there was much embarassment over ? being a Christian and supported by the Christians and the Catholic and Protestant Churches. Lo and behold, we have this book, of "secret" conversations, which is where we get all the these anti-Christian quotes. Its usually published as "? 's Table Talk", and is an exclusively hearsay compilation of "private" conversations in which ? was supposedly warned beforehand that everything he said would be recorded for posterity, yet he lowered his guard and supposedly revealed his true feelings anyway. Naturally, these feelings contrast violently with other public and private speeches or conversations, and mysteriously enough, no original documents or recordings can be found (see the excellent discussion of this
book at [...]). Another over-used source is Hermann Rauschning's "The Voice of Destruction: ? Speaks", which was already so heavily quoted by 1945 that it was explicitly mentioned and dismissed in OSS documents because of its unreliable nature. In fact, May 1983, Swiss historian Wolfgang Haenel formally gathered together all of the criticisms of Rauschning's book and resoundingly debunked it at a presentation at the annual conference of the Ingolstadt Contemporary History Research Center, showing (among other things) that ? was not physically present at the times and places indicated, and that the financially desperate Rauschning was paid a staggering sum of money to produce the book by French and American sources who wished to use it as propaganda. "

    and:

"Those who deny ? as a Christian will invariably find the recorded table talk conversations of ? from 1941 to 1944 as incontrovertible evidence that he could not have been a Christian. The source usually comes from the English translation (from a French translation) edition by Norman Cameron and R. H. Stevens, with an introduction by H.R. Trevor-Roper.

The table-talk has ? saying such things such as: "I shall never come to terms with the Christian lie. . .", "Our epoch will certainly see the end of the disease of Christianity".

The problem with these anti-Christian quotes is that the German text of the table-talk does not include them, they were made up by François Genoud, the translator of the French version, the very version that English translations rely on!"

One more thing. I actually believe what some scientists say. When they explain how the earth was formed, I believe it. Science does NOT prove there is no ? . Just like the existence of ? does not discredit science. It just explains how he did it.

Space is actually what confirmed ? 's existence to me. When I look up and see "Nothing", it makes me think.
So you see nothing... and you assume that A MAGICAL SUUUUPER BEING has to be involved?

    You might be ? .
You reply to me, yet have not told me how "Nothing" with some big ? of gas and rocks thrown in is possible.
It exists. You can see it with your own two eyes. This means that it is possible, since it happened.
Scientists believe that everything has an explanation,
No, they do not. But they seek explanations instead of saying "I dont get this, so IT MUST BE MAGIC" like you people do.
    but cannot explain infinity.
    1. Infinity is a math concept. Math is a branch of science.

    2. Astrophysics has a bunch of good ideas about the shape and scope of the universe. You haven't head of them because you live in backwards-ass Louisiana.
What was the first thing to ever happen? Period. Not on earth, just ever?
Time itself began with the Big Bang. So there was no "before" it because you can't have befores and afters when there's no such thing as time.

So the Big Bang is the only thing that could be "first."

But, there could be other universes and our Big Bang could have been the result of the collision of two or more of them, or the collapse and expansion of one of them, or a number of other possibilities.

The honest man says "We don't know, but we might eventually." The dishonest man says "We don't know, SO IT MUST HAVE BEEN MAGIC."

You are the dishonest one here, bruh.

I don't know. To be honest with you, I question some things in the Bible because man wrote it. I don't question it all and I do believe some things in it, just not all. There are some contradictory things in there. I don't need the bible to believe in ? . Here's the kicker, I don't even go to church. I don't believe church is my ticket to Salvation.

You're really not that bright, are you? I don't want the definition to the word fool, explain how it is possible to have a mass of nothing that has no beginning or end. That's what I meant by infinity, ya know, something being infinite. Like space, or is there a wall somewhere that I am unaware of? You can talk about La. all night long. It doesn't bother me. I don't have to talk about your geographic location to make a point. BTW. I am 34 and have only lived in La. for 3 years since I was 18. I've lived and visited many cities, state and countries. Even went to college outside of the state.

@ktulu. Ya know what, forget it. You're not going to change my mind and I won't change yours. No need to go back and forth. If I die and nothing happens, you were right. Bless you brother.

yes, the first bit is the ignorant comments steve harvey made on cnn

but less than one minute in, Harvey begins to take his L

and since his foolish views represent what most of you people believe (but are too cowardly to argue for), you all take an L as well

    Nas Lost.

No it isn't, biological evolution is an easily-observable process.

how many scientific experiments have u personally been apart of ktulu

when you take science classes, they usually have a lab component where the students get to learn how to partake in the processes of the scientific method

experimentation, observation, data collection, hypothesizing, and so on and so forth

am I the only poster here who graduated middle school?

delineate between "real" and performed by middle school, high school, or college students

does it have to involve getting paid? is pro science the only real science now?
