at the bold, you like drakes music better so thats not a surprise you'd say that.
Eh, at one point I had Cole above Drake. Around the time when the So Far Gone EP dropped and Warm Up dropped, Cole's music blew me away.

Cole World was just a letdown by comparison and Drake has been on fire recently. It is what it is.

at the underlined what makes krit better lyrically?
Cole does have some unbeatable seeming moments but Krit really comes through lyrically. Problem is it's mostly on freestyling since he is usually focused on song crafting where his lyricism is focused on delivering a message or telling a story. But he can spit when he wants to. He has hard punchlines that don't come off as corny (the latter is something Cole is having a problem with lately), and does those multis everyone likes so much.

J.Cole is wack to me. And by wack, I mean terrible, garbage, how did he get deal etc.

He sure as hell ain't lyrical, and his music isn't good.

Cole is the 1st rapper to evoke such emotion from poster since prime Wayne. I find it quite amusing

i listen to both artists i may be a lil biased because i like cole more, but i really dont see how anyone can listen to them both and can say for sure one is more lyrical than the other.

anyone who knows how to rhyme themselves or appreciates high quality music and bars, will never be a fan of J Cole.

he is just like a work collegue who spits a couple bars at lunch break, he has no story, no identity, no swag, no poetry, no struggle and he is soooo boring.

he raps about rapping, raps about chicks and ? chicks, and raps about rapping again.

his rhyme scheme is not much, his delivery is above average, but lyrics are weak and punchlines(which are not neccesary) are garbage.

J Cole might be a good guy but he has no star quality and has zero interest to anyone, at least wack ass big sean has the dumb ? market audience.

J Cole is just a college grad who rhymes, he is not even a rapper to me and he should have chosen a proper MC name (the game in 2011/2012 is harsh to MCs)

    peace.

i respect his campaign lyrically, hes a good lyricist, he kinda slick wit it...but drake was like that too, only reason i say drake is better is simply the better complete songs

but tbh, it would prolly be a tie or cole slaw wit a slight edge, long as he dont try no ? like on fitted cap..FRESH...ASS...? !!!

i give it to drake cause drake not only kills his own records but he will jump on your record and ? it too .. something j cole doesnt do to well .... he doesnt bring down the quality when he collabs but he def also doesnt really add to it ... just kind of there like hey im here too dont forget to buy my album ..... when drake pops up on someones record ? he usually ends up with one of the best parts on the song ....... ijs ;)

I actually went a little step to far, if he made it to number 1 and sitting on like 300,000+ (its obvious just my opinion) and his a goodlooking guy with a good attitude so hopefully he makes better songs i like (workout), but as a top tier MC no no.

i got bars that will spank J Cole, i used to say back in 2003/4 if i am better than you i wont listen to you, now in 2011 thats no longer fair i am way to ahead of these ? so it is what it is.

good luck to him, i rather him than Big Sean go to the top.

breakdown is the only song i even replay anymore off the album mainly b/c of the topics in that song. but i think his topics kinda get repetitive and one reason why his album has little replay value to me.

yeah he's more of a straight foward lyricist like cube, face and pac. That's how i always thought of him. idk why ? don't realize that u don't always have to be technical to be lyrical. kendrick is more like nas imo.

i def would have to agree with that as well ... lets see how it goes though ... cause ive heard cole say in an interview that this is his plan .... and he wants to live thru other people so im guessing we should see some shocking new subjects/topics that cole may touch on since he wants to portray everybodies life and not just his own or his close friends n fam .....

Cole didnt ? A Star is Born and Looking for trouble ?

S/N some of the most so called lyrical rappers are the worst rappers. ? get too caught up in bs like this instead of just listening for entertainment or whatever emotion the song is trying to evoke
