while this happens, it is not the circumstance in most situations. Im referring to someone who has unprotected sex because "I don't like condoms". Has a kid...they don't work out....then repeats the process

I think part of the problem is that some still hold women to an old standard when we live in a post sexual revolution society. Of course there are going to be more women who are considered ? or hoes when people are getting married later in life, some not at all.
