Liz told Steve that producers told her the answer to one of the questions was in the week she was the HoH, during the first few weeks of the season. Liz still didn’t answer the question correctly, but this piece of information infuriated Steve.

i remember reading some ? that said big brother is not classified as a game show -- that its an entertainment program so they dont have to meet any of the laws and regulations set forth after the '1950s quiz show scandal' (thats an interesting read)
so if thats true, technically they can do whatever they want

Just goes to show how phony she is.
Saying she never trusted Steve, but then saying that she would've done the same thing and not taken him.
All of that after lying to him about taking him to final 2.
Perfect ending.

on the low this is the equivalent of the 2007 new england patriots perfect season being ruined by the giants because steve and liz played very similar games (hide behind bigger threats, fly under radar) but steve was much more aware

I really don't think she expected to make it to Final 2.
Probably bought too much into Vanessa telling her that Steve "thinks" they have a Final 2 deal.
Other than that, she really isn't bright enough to think on her feet.
