MediumBad cuts/quality of steak also have a chewy texture if cooked MR-M so it's really just depends where I'm eating at or if I'm a take it home to finish it

Medium WellI don't know why it surprises some people that a lot of folks don't want their food to still be bleeding when they eat it. I can eat medium but I usually go with medium well to be on the safe side.

Me and my supervisor were talking about steaks awhile back.
He's as white as they come. Mfer was basically saying all you gotta do is ? it and I'll eat it. Anything over a minute on each side is far too long.
I was like you know we are civilized right? You don't have to eat like that anymore. He said the redder the better.
