Well DoneI have tried medium and medium well. Both times my stomach was jacked up.

If you know how to cook your well done steak will not be tough. My steaks were only ? when I ? them up. If you need to have the steak still mooing for it to it to be edible you can't cook.

It's funny, because when I did eat my steak well done I used drown it in steak sauce or ketchup to soften it up. Didn't matter who cooked it or the steakhouse. Once I went medium, that's when I realized I didn't need any sauce -

R/MR use it to cover the taste of blood. WD uses it to add some juice and flavor to that dry ass shoe they eating
If your steak needs sauce, it probabaly isn't a good steak bruh.

The internal temperature for medium rare is safe for consumption regardless. -
