I think he knew how much power he had and told people not believe in it because he knows how influential he was. And it wasnt going to do any good for people to "know" if they werent going to move an take any actions -

I have intense respect for Assata Shakur...I read her book twice..Pac came from REAL roots..It was in his DNA to be a warrior -
