    I should have gotten down with this thread two weeks ago. I have lost almost ten pounds in two weeks doing my cleanse. Check the thread. http://community.allhiphop.com/showthread.php?96607-Natural-Colon-cleanse
    Now I am on a extreme low carb diet. No rice, pasta, potatoes, bread, or wheat. I am straight vegetables. Some meals I dont eat meat but I love beans so I am hard on the beans. I love juices so I get my carbs from the sugar in the juices. They say 100% juice but I know better.

    I was 237, now I am 227. My goal is to get to 225 by the second week in February. Hopefully I can do 215 by my birthday in March. My weight loss has slowed down so I need to start my P90x over again. P90x and running I know I can do it. My ultimate goal is to do my first 5K this year. Maybe the Peachtree 5K.

    If I post a pic I will not have my shirt off. wifey would have a hissy fit.

    Im 2x faster than yo ass and i train to break limbs. My stand up is pretty damn good too , technique prevails power

    However i might cut down to 135 but ive done it before and it was very hard to maintain weight because im still growing.

    sounds good, but realistically...that's why they have weight classes....when i'm putting the right amount of weight behind all of my punches ...it's just not gonna work out for you.. it's basic mechanics....

    i've seen higher skilled people lose many times simply because they were in the wrong weight class, and couldn't utilize anything becuase the force of the incoming blows was just too much to neutralize.....i got a over 100 pound weight advantage...

    and i really hit that hard.....

    You could come slugging at me but control is key. I have a lot of stand-up skills from Muay Thai training and im a much more accurate striker than you no matter how hard you hit , it wont matter since you will probably miss all your punches. If you weigh over 200 pounds u really think you can utilize your kicks ? Nah but i can use mine and my knees too so i have a wider arsenal .
