Been playing it a lot this week and Dre kilt it production wise: especially the mastering and engineering
'Genocide', 'Satisfiction', 'For The Love Of Money' and to an extent 'Loose Cannons' are my favourites -
I wonder why he hasn't dropped a video or released a radio single yet?.......Typically, that would have been done a month ago or at least right after the movie dropped.
-
Which song would you guys consider the single? All on Me or Genocide are the obvious choices with Satisfiction being the 2nd single
-
This ? made me go back in the Detox vault where all those reference tracks dropped. With Topless, This is Detox, ? Popped Off I can't believe he let those go to waste. Even Kush was hella dope.

I would say Genocide or Darkside/Gone. -

He probably doesn't care but u would wonder why Interscope hasn't forced at least 1 single/video. -

Listening to his many verses from this album where he complains about being forced to drop new material, I'm starting to think that also. -
Okay , it 's been a long time now since the album was released . Now one can say how good the album was .
I felt from the beginning that it was a classic maybe I was just too hyped but hell after having listened now for quite a while , I got tired there is no classic and it's not so good when well think about it .. then it's a great album but it is not a classic , but for dre 's 50 , it's very good to see that he is a genius . His voice sounds damn good , he has a really good rap voice and one of the best in any game . but I do not listen to the album more . has tired as I said . no classics in other words. but fo the love of the money was really heavy JOE connor KILLED that song . my favorite song and one of my favorites this year.
always fun when giants releasing albums dr 's one of the most important in hip hop so it was fun but not very good album , I thought it would be better , I expected too much thought we 'd hear the sound alike dres first CHRONIC but nope!
I RATE IT 4\5 -

He arrogantly figured he dont need to promote this album at all... and he's absolutely right -

I've been playing it since tuesday... Still bangs. I like it more actually. -
I never really thought it was a classic in the first place and I pretty much still feel that way after listening to it for a little while now.
It's a very good album, but there's nothing that's really innovative or that makes it stand out from other current releases.
Also I try not to let external information affect my opinion, but the drastic differences in the verses makes it all too apparent that Dre didn't write his parts, and the lack of any solo production by him is very disheartening. -
Album still bangs for me. Only skip Issues
-
'Satisfiction' would be a good single.. .
-
Still loving this album
-
do people still listen to this?
-
Album still as dope as the first time I pressed play on it
-

I haven't listened to it since Scarface came out. Deeply Rooted has been in non-stop rotation. -
There's been too much good music out recently.
Got lost in the shuffle for me -

I absolutely do.
Other than 'Issues', I play it straight through. -

True but the album itself is solid not spectacular.there isn't anything on it in particular that blew me away.
Bumped it good and proper for a couple of weeks but it didn't stick.
unlike the vince staples joint which is still getting heavy rotation. -

This
But I'm quite pleased that Dre with his position as a CEO with other vested interests outside music still found the time to craft a sonically dope album after so long.. . One of my favourites of the year
A song like 'Genocide' get me hype anytime it come on.. .
