I've never used the internet to try and pick up girls I speak from 100% real life experience. I rarely if ever see this working in real life. The approach seems "romantic comedy"eque to me but that's just my opinion. A lot of females feel awkward having to be the first one to initiate contact.
Can you give me an honest example of when this has worked for you in real life? Most of the chicks I mess with are in the 19-26 year old range so maybe that's where the discrepancy is

I like the scenario u put up. Although I think the 1st contact (intro) will determine heavily which direction she will steer. Suppose I leave a great impression on her and slide her my number. I know for certain IF she hits me up then (1) the interest is mutual (2) I no longer need to waste time trying to impress her because I already know where she stands (3) I don't have to be "potential ? #5" who is busy texting her trying to set up dates competing with 4 other ? (if she a real bad chick, it's nothing for a chick to have at least 1-10 ? trying to holler at her DAILY)
So lets use ur scenario. Say we both hit her up same night and leave the same impression. Maybe u might "appear" to have a upper hand because u took her number and did the follow up promptly. You right fam,It might be a wrap for me if u come correct wen u see her the 2nd time. It may happen that shorty won't hit me up anymore but it's cool tho. The course of my life will not be altered in any way, shape or form. These smart phones make this ? so easy .....talking & sharing phone features, apps, and then pics & info ...... can't remember the last time I sparked a convo with a chick who didn't have her phone with her ......

My ? u missing the point. Okay, so u took her number and she got urs...SO WHAT?? As far as I'm concerned u are in no better position than the guy who just took her number and dipped. The whole point of this is getting what YOU want whilst eliminating as much ? and petty games as possible! Like what @JDSTAYWITIT said.. U are basically hitting at least 3 birds with one stone!
