Was having debate earlier today at work. I say iverson. What y'all think?
Iverson had heart, energy, and will to win
I have to admit Westbrooks has all that too, plus rebounds more and blocks more
Steals are about equal
Iverson led league in scoring many years
But Westbrooks just had four straight triple doubles
Westbrooks is also the first small guard I've seen that I think could have also taken that ? 76ers squad to the finals
However the rules are geared more towards guards today and I feel in today's nba iverson would avg fifty a game
I still take iverson but it's closer than I thought before

And for the thread, ask when the careers are over. Most people would say Westbrook simply because he's going off right now.
Most ? live in the moment. Anything could happen between now and the end of RW career. What we think of him now could be totally different in as little as 3 years. -

barely beat a team that should have never been in the game lol, not only that they let philly take em to ot. plus they lost the previous 2 with his erratic play. ? like to let the triple doubles cover up 14-37 for some reason

but did a.i. chuck up them same bad shots while playin with someone better than him, no.
was a.i.'s supporting cast worse, yes.
yet he still won more
really its too early in westbrook career for this comparison anyway. -

To prove what point?
Very similar across the board except two numbers, rebounds and points. Iverson averaged 6 more points a game. RW averaging almost 2 more reb but he's taller and more athletic than iverson, so that's to be expected.
