Finally some actual investigation.You can tell Nas is quite impressionable, he bought into all that ? straight away, I feel like he'll probably be innocent but ends up doing something whilst incarcerated that messes him up.
Williams is basically that prisons Avon Barksdale (ex- boxer himself), so no-one ? with him, i'm convinced he planted that guy who threw oil on Nas just to set the whole scheme up.
This episode had several moments which made me queasy as hell, but when that needle was going into that eye....that's the nonsense that gives me nightmares, they're wrong for that. -

Started July 10. James Gandolfini was originally cast in the role of Jack Stone but when he passed Robert DeNiro stepped in but when he had to drop out John Turturro was cast.
Turturro's perfect for the role too.
Can't imagine anyone else playing it. -
Episode 3 was definitely the best and most interesting episode so far. Will be interesting to see what Freddie wants in return for giving Nas protection. He ain't gonna turn into Omar all over again is he???
I think Freddy's just doing a lot of ? because he can.

I read that the pilot episode was actually filmed sometime in 2014 before it was picked up by a network and when HBO picked it up was when the other 7 episodes were filmed, so there was like a two year break in-between...explains why Naz is so much more swole now. -

Not only the morgue scene but Naz having to swallow four 8-? was cringeworthy...I know it happens everyday but I'd worried those baggies would bust and I'd have enough coke to ? the guy in my av and Dwight Gooden both running around in my system lol.
Also anyone else catch the homemade Dwight Gooden sign on one of the doors of Stone's place lol.
Box also seems like a guy with his demons...ain't got ? to retire for, the job's just worn him down it seems like. -
All the drama aside, this show is also pure comedy as well.
From Stone's feet, the viagra scenes, even the 8-ball scenes were funny (nh).
Naz asking them to help him get the last 4th one out......dude said "? you get it out."
You can tell some of the writers from the Wire helped with this one too. -
Naz should have gone full American History X and curb stomped that ? for burning him.

When the girl was like "don't you do whatever somebody tells you" I think she got em doped up and told him to do it. Bc I think she was gon commit suicide when she asked to be taken to the beach -

IMO yes he is the same timid person. Let Freddie take that protection away and the word get out he has to stand on his own 2 feet. Naz would be the exact same ? that he was the same day he walked in there. Naz faking like ? right now.
If Naz had to do some years with Freddie backing yes eventually he would be able to stand on his own and not have that fear but right now if Freddie put the word out Naz free game Naz would be all the way ? up and scared to breathe or ? . -

WTF made Stone think that was a good idea to tell him about his friend and think dude was going to sit there and just talk to him about that night. Stone is doing a damn good job so far but that was a ? move on his part. Who knows if he will ever find that dude again.

Man I knew dude was crazy. Anytime somebody act like they your friend on these prison shows. The truth is always far more sinister. Cuzzo replaced dude who killed his niece with nas. I think he was the one who cut nas too.
Naaa, Boddie's potna knows who did it. If you peep when boddie and dude was walking by them. He was looking at them hella hard. It made boddie notice them and that's when he made the osama comment. Then after nas said "what did you say?" Boddie potna just got a good look at them, boddie had to snap him out of it. I think she had been hiding out or some ? and then returned home. Boddie potna wasn't looking at nas, he was looking at her! He knows the killer and let him know that he saw her.That's why boddie has no idea where he went after they spit up. Also the cat looked like it was hella hungry and happy to see her. If he actually did it, this show would have a wack ending. It's clear as day he didn't do it. That chick did seem like she just gave up on life though. She got into some ? and just said ? it. Then whoever, came and killed her. Nas just got caught up in it.
That's wtf desperate and not giving a ? kinda people of the law do. You saw how the lawyer did nas after she saw she didn't have a good chance at winning his case? Sold his ass out and told him to confess to get his sentence shortened lol. Same thing with stone and boddie. That's the real reason why people don't talk to the police, not no damn "street code". First and foremost, no ? ? . I knew that kid had a lil ? look to him. I just knew he was getting is ass blown out smh. ? quota fulfilled, I knew they wasn't gonna stop after that ? in the 2nd episode.
LOL the black mortician was funny as ? . At first I thought he was just a bit off or could have just been telling her to go away and stop ? with him.
