u missed my whole point which is this country likes to pick and choose when to hold people accoiuntble for their decisions when drinking... exhibit A woman and man drink together.... Womans inhibitions go down she ? him... He hits and never calls again. She says he rped me because I was ? and did not know what I was doing..... Man gets locked up for ? although he was drinking just like her... SO I guess only her drunkness matters and superceeds his lol Lets say that same woman drove home after ? him and hit someone.... Police breathalize her and she fails.... guess what she goin to jail with no ? given.
